I remember being alone in Droks AD1 immediately after an update. I had just logged in and must have caught it very very early.

as for the lack of update now messages she just went into her UI and made her message thing tiny to where it was only a few lines line then she typed and got the no one hears you thing, that along with her message makes an already full chat window.

something like this happened to me once
i did go to new random district, and found myself in an empty unnamed one. a few seconds later, a ton of people just.. appeared at the same time. somebody said it was like dis 3 or something, butr it remained th same district title while i was there. and dont look at my skiils, i was experimenting at the time.
